Christina Davis is an executive advisor, coach, and organizational strategist who works with leaders and organizations at moments of growth, transformation, and complexity.

As the Founder & Chief Strategist of 9ine Group, Christina is an authority on creatively bringing organizations and people in sync through company-wide strategic initiatives.  A senior executive with 20 years of experience leading change & learning efforts, she has worked with corporations and non-profit businesses, and for both individuals and small emerging brands. This includes learning + development, executive coaching and ideation facilitation. In addition, her experience includes sales, branding, marketing, public relations and event planning. 



Christina also brings entrepreneurial expertise having been involved in several start-ups in addition to starting 9ine Group in 2006.

With her background working with organizations of every size, she understands the opportunities and inhibiting factors that may affect organizations, teams and individual's growth.

She currently divides her times between urban life in New York City with that of the bucolic rolling hills of Litchfield County in Connecticut.
